We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our operations in Ras Al Khaimah within the financial services sector. The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the plant's operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize plant operations and achieve business goals
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products to customers
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards
- Oversee maintenance activities to ensure plant equipment is operating efficiently and safely
- Manage plant budget and expenses to ensure financial targets are met
- Lead and develop a team of plant staff, providing coaching and mentoring as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a plant management role within the financial services industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives
- Knowledge of plant operations, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
