We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful plant management, with a strong background in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime
- Manage a team of production supervisors, engineers, and technicians
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and manage the plant budget, including cost control and forecasting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support company goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in plant management in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving production targets
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
