We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our construction plant in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and plant management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and optimizing plant performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the construction plant, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient plant operations
- Monitor plant performance and identify areas for improvement
