Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our educational institution in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is critical in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment that aligns with our commitment to educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the institution.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department as needed.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle student registrations, admissions inquiries, and provide information about educational programs and services.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings for staff and faculty.
- Process paperwork related to student attendance, enrollment, and other administrative forms.
- Collaborate with teaching and administrative staff to ensure smooth communication and operation of the institution.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
- Assist in organizing school events, workshops, and meetings, including logistical arrangements and materials preparation.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies inventory.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within the education sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with various office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Knowledge of educational programs and administrative processes is a plus.
