We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The Regulatory Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes and products adhere to all relevant laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to local regulations and standards.
- Monitor and assess changes in regulatory requirements and ensure that necessary updates are made to policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all manufacturing processes meet regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies and coordinate inspections and audits as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- [Number] years of experience in regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
