Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the agriculture sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our operations comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role demands a deep understanding of local and international agricultural regulations, as well as the ability to implement effective compliance strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures tailored to the agriculture industry, ensuring adherence to local UAE regulations and international standards.
- Monitor and assess the regulatory landscape, staying updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting agricultural practices.
- Conduct regular audits and compliance assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement in operational practices.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including production, quality assurance, and legal, to ensure a unified approach to regulatory compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
- Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations to represent the company’s interests and stay informed on best practices.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze compliance data and metrics to identify trends, report findings to senior management, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Manage compliance-related projects, including risk assessments and remediation plans, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and investigations, coordinating with legal counsel when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, Law, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification in regulatory compliance is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance within the agriculture industry (experience in the UAE is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of local and international agricultural regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs and policies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Proficient in using compliance management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
