We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales operations process, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and analyzing sales data to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Manage and lead the sales team, including setting sales targets, training and mentoring team members, and monitoring performance
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and communication
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and business development
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- [X] years of experience in sales operations or a similar role in the Transportation and Logistics industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
