We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah within the pharmaceutical industry. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales operations, including managing sales processes, implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and ensuring the sales team meets their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals
- Oversee the sales operations process from lead generation to closing deals
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales forecasts and budgets
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets
- Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and implement solutions
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance

Requirements:
