Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the energy sector, focusing on renewable energy solutions, energy efficiency products, and related services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to engage clients and articulate the value of our offerings.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) in a timely manner.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiation efforts to close deals effectively while ensuring that both client and company interests are met.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services, and expand professional networks.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy sector or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Strong understanding of energy solutions, including renewable energy technologies, energy efficiency products, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
