Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our healthcare team in Dubai. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about healthcare solutions and has a knack for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving our sales initiatives, expanding our client base, and promoting our innovative healthcare products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the healthcare sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other stakeholders to promote our products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our healthcare offerings, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and health services, to effectively communicate and demonstrate product benefits to clients.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, tailoring the message to meet their specific needs and concerns.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve any issues, and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
