Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Real Estate team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate project management and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple real estate development projects from inception to completion
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government officials, to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with senior management and provide project updates as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in all aspects of project development
- Lead a team of project managers and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
