We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Security Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security within the organization to ensure the protection of company assets, employees, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of all company assets.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.
- Manage a team of security professionals, including security officers and security analysts, to ensure compliance with company security standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as IT and operations teams, to address security concerns and implement security solutions.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents and threats, and respond promptly to security breaches or incidents.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in security management to proactively address emerging security threats.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to enhance the company's security posture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Security Management, Criminal Justice, or Information Security).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in security management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification is a plus.
