We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stage Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Stage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of stage production within our pharmaceutical company, ensuring that all events and presentations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to plan and execute stage production for company events, conferences, and presentations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all technical and logistical requirements are met.
- Manage stage crew, including sound and lighting technicians, to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Conduct rehearsals and run-throughs to ensure all elements of the production are in place.
- Oversee set design, construction, and breakdown, ensuring all safety regulations are followed.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including performers, speakers, and executives.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
- Maintain inventory of stage equipment and supplies, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in stage production.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Theater, Performing Arts, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in stage management in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in stage production software and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in stage management.
