We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for healthcare positions, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- UAE experience and healthcare industry knowledge is preferred
