We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and attracting top talent to support our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the Retail sector
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that effectively communicate the requirements of each role
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
