Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for finding top talent in the agriculture industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the agriculture sector
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive process
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
