We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Dubai within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages with candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners to support talent acquisition efforts
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to identify areas for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in talent acquisition within the telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent for a variety of roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
