Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies that align with the company’s goals and culture.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening of applications, perform initial interviews, and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback to candidates.
- Job Offer Management: Prepare and present job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies and improve talent acquisition processes.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration with HR: Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment on organizational policies, employee value proposition, and retention strategies.
- Employer Branding: Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company’s culture, values, and benefits to attract top talent.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
