Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a background in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing engaging and interactive lessons related to construction
- Support students in understanding construction concepts and practical skills
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students who may need extra help
- Assist in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Help with grading assignments and keeping track of student progress
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Assist with preparing materials and resources for lessons
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience working as a teacher assistant or in a similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction concepts and terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms
