We are seeking a talented Urban Planner to join our construction team in Dubai. As an Urban Planner, you will be responsible for creating and implementing plans for the development of urban areas in Dubai. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and government officials to ensure that construction projects adhere to zoning regulations and city ordinances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis on urban development trends and issues in Dubai
- Collaborating with architects and engineers to create comprehensive development plans
- Meeting with government officials to obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Ensuring that construction projects comply with zoning regulations and city ordinances
- Developing strategies to improve the efficiency and sustainability of urban areas in Dubai
- Presenting plans and proposals to stakeholders, including government officials and community members
- Monitoring the progress of construction projects and making adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or a related field

- Knowledge of zoning regulations and city ordinances in Dubai
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
