We are seeking a talented and experienced Urban Planner to join our team in Dubai, focusing on telecommunications infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban planning, with a specific focus on telecommunications networks and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement urban planning strategies for telecommunications projects in Dubai
- Conduct site assessments and analysis to determine optimal locations for telecommunications infrastructure
- Develop land use plans and zoning regulations to support the expansion of telecommunications networks
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that telecommunications projects are integrated seamlessly into the urban fabric
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in urban planning for telecommunications infrastructure
- Provide expertise and guidance on regulatory requirements and permitting processes related to telecommunications projects
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in urban planning, with a focus on telecommunications projects
- Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, land use regulations, and zoning codes
- Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure design and deployment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in GIS software and other relevant urban planning tools
