We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our retail team in Ajman. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Oversee the receiving and inspection of incoming shipments
- Manage the allocation and storage of goods within the warehouse
- Implement safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Analyze warehouse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management best practices
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
