We are seeking a passionate and experienced Wellness Coach to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the real estate industry. As a Wellness Coach, you will be responsible for providing personalized guidance and support to our employees in achieving their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual wellness assessments to identify areas of improvement and create personalized wellness plans for employees.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees in areas such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and overall well-being.
- Lead group wellness workshops and seminars on various topics related to health and wellness.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop company-wide wellness initiatives and programs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and research in health and wellness to ensure the most effective coaching strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. nutrition, exercise science, health coaching).
- Certification as a Wellness Coach or Health Coach.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching individuals or groups on health and wellness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
