We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytics Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As the Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive business decisions and strategies within the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to consumer trends, market insights, and sales performance.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business operations and drive growth within the consumer goods industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and develop reports and dashboards to track and measure progress.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to uncover actionable insights and recommendations for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in analytics to continuously improve processes and drive innovation within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in analytics or related field within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and interpretation.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
