We are seeking a talented and creative Art Director to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. As an Art Director in the telecommunications industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative concepts for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and artists to execute projects effectively and efficiently.
- Manage the production process from concept development to final delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the visual identity of the brand.
- Work closely with external agencies and vendors to produce high-quality creative assets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the telecommunications or related industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
