We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Art Director in the Transportation and Logistics industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our marketing campaigns, branding, and advertising materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative concepts and visual designs for various marketing materials, including print ads, digital ads, social media posts, website graphics, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and cohesive branding strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
- Manage and lead a team of graphic designers and other creative professionals to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, advertising, and branding to continuously improve and innovate our visual communications.
- Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to coordinate production and printing of marketing materials.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Transportation and Logistics industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
