Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in visual design, with a keen understanding of how aesthetics can enhance user experience in the Information Technology sector. As an Art Director, you will lead the visual direction of our projects, collaborating closely with the creative and development teams to produce engaging and effective digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creative team to ensure the delivery of high-quality design work that meets client specifications and industry standards.
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts for digital products, including websites, applications, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and creative direction.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring all designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform and inspire the design process.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards of quality and creativity.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
- Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating the vision and strategic thinking behind each project.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design role, with at least 2 years in an Art Director or equivalent position.
- Proven experience in the Information Technology sector, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of web development is a plus.
