We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the overall operations of the pharmaceutical department, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical department
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication
- Support in the recruitment, training, and development of staff members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
- Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes
- Assist in budget planning and financial management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and best practices
