We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team in the telecommunications sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the management team, driving operational efficiencies, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the telecommunications department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of telecommunications specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and morale.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage various telecommunications projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement, preparing reports for management review.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all telecommunications services comply with local regulations and industry standards, conducting regular quality assurance assessments.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and assist in the development of training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a proven track record in a supervisory or management role.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of telecommunications systems, technologies, and industry trends.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on achieving results through collaboration.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
