Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney to join our team in Dubai, with a focus on Education law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal matters related to the education sector, including but not limited to student rights, educational policies and regulations, teacher contracts, and school governance.

Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and guidance on education-related matters to clients
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Representing clients in legal proceedings related to education issues
- Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborating with other legal professionals and stakeholders in the education sector
- Negotiating settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Advising clients on compliance with education laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
- Licensed to practice law in Dubai
