We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Operations Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facilities in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a background in energy management and a proven track record of successfully managing building operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure the efficient operation of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks
- Monitor energy usage and identify opportunities for energy savings through efficiency improvements and upgrades
- Develop and manage the building operations budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to building operations and safety
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to address any building-related issues or concerns
- Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of building systems and equipment
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of maintenance materials and services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
