We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Building Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building management, maintenance, and operations in the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance and operations strategies to ensure the smooth functioning of all facilities.
- Manage a team of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and operations activities, and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with other departments to address facility-related issues and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Implement and maintain systems and processes to track maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment usage.
- Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in building maintenance and operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in building management and operations, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and controlling costs.
- Familiarity with local regulations and codes related to building maintenance and operations.
