We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of building operations within our agricultural facility in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, maintenance, and operations, with a focus on agricultural buildings and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all building operations within the agricultural facility, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure all buildings and infrastructure are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and infrastructure to identify any potential issues or maintenance needs.
- Monitor and manage building budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements related to building operations.
- Oversee a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field.
