We are looking for a talented and experienced Building Operations Manager to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the building operations, maintenance, and security for our Information Technology company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement building operations and maintenance plans to ensure the smooth running of the facility
- Manage a team of maintenance staff, security personnel, and cleaning staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage building security systems and procedures
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- Develop and manage budgets for building operations and maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work
- Conduct regular inspections of the building and grounds to identify and address any issues
- Keep records of all maintenance and repair work carried out on the building

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building operations and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of managing building operations effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
