Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Building Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our construction projects in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and building operations, with a proven track record of successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement building operations strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects
- Manage and supervise a team of operations staff, including maintenance technicians and facilities managers
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites and buildings to identify and address maintenance issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, budget, and performance metrics to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building operations and construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
