We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Sharjah, specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth and revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, sales forecasts, and reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging trends to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- [5-8] years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
