Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our real estate portfolio in Sharjah and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the real estate sector. Analyze competitors and assess their strengths and weaknesses.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, including networking, attending industry events, and utilizing social media platforms to connect with potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the senior management team to develop effective sales strategies and business plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company’s offerings and value proposition.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients and close deals in a timely manner, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Industry Networking: Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and expand professional connections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related position within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Sharjah and the UAE.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
