We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
- Manage and maintain the fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Monitor and track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs to optimize fleet efficiency
- Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of drivers and other fleet staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain records of vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Manage fleet budget and expenses, including negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fleet management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field
