We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures
- Manage and optimize the company's fleet of vehicles, including cars, vans, trucks, and other types of vehicles
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Monitor vehicle usage and performance, and implement strategies to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely maintenance and repairs
- Manage the fleet budget and ensure cost-effective operations
- Supervise a team of drivers and other fleet staff
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of vehicles and equipment
- Handle any fleet-related emergencies or incidents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in fleet management
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with fleet management software and systems
