Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Event Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of events held at our hotel, specifically catering to the needs of clients in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
- Develop customized event proposals and packages to meet client needs
- Coordinate with various departments within the hotel to ensure flawless execution of events
- Manage all logistical details including room setups, audiovisual equipment, and catering services
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide regular updates on event planning progress
- Oversee event staff and ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service
- Handle on-site event coordination and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Manage event budgets and provide timely reports on financial performance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
