We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Librarian to join our healthcare facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing our healthcare library, ensuring that resources are easily accessible to staff and patients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive collection of healthcare-related materials, including books, journals, and online resources
- Assist staff and patients in locating and accessing information
- Conduct research and provide information on healthcare topics as needed
- Organize and catalog materials using a digital library management system
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and prioritize information needs
- Stay current on healthcare trends and developments to ensure the library's collection remains relevant
- Plan and coordinate library events and workshops to promote information literacy
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for library acquisitions
- Train staff and patients on how to use library resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field

- Strong knowledge of library management systems and digital resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
