We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our manufacturing team in Sharjah. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the manufacturing team as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Supervise and support administrative staff
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees
- Handle employee scheduling and timekeeping
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Oversee and support various office projects and initiatives
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or a related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures is a plus
