We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and management, with a focus on Information Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the office
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating training sessions
- Act as the main point of contact for external vendors, clients, and visitors
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring they are within set limits
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
- Knowledge of Information Technology industry is preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
