We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Sharjah within the education sector. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative staff, and ensuring the smooth running of all office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, secretaries, and office assistants
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders as needed
- Prepare and maintain office budget, expense reports, and financial records
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
