We are seeking a talented and experienced Program Analyst to join our Aerospace and Defense team in Dubai. As a Program Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating various programs within the aerospace and defense sector to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze program data, financial reports, and performance metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met on time and within budget
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program status and performance
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices to inform program strategy
- Support the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives within the aerospace and defense sector
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of a program

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
