We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Analyst to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The Program Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and implementing programs and projects to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data analysis, and software development.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate existing IT programs and projects
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
- Provide recommendations for process improvements
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT solutions
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in program analysis or project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
- Knowledge of software development methodologies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) is a plus
