We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Aerospace and Defense industry and a proven track record in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve quality issues
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality management principles and best practices
- Analyze data and performance metrics to track quality objectives and drive operational excellence
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality non-conformances
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- [Number] years of experience in quality management in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards (e.g. AS9100, ISO 9001)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to drive change and implement process improvements
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or similar certification is a plus
