Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Manager to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality management within our manufacturing processes, ensuring that products meet both internal and external quality standards. The Quality Manager will lead quality improvement initiatives, establish quality metrics, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

2. Process Improvement:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other quality improvement tools.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process enhancement.

3. Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs for employees on quality standards, best practices, and quality control procedures.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their understanding of quality management principles.

4. Supplier Quality Management:
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on their quality performance, conducting audits and assessments as necessary.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop quality improvement plans and ensure compliance with specifications.

5. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements related to product quality and safety.
- Prepare for and manage external audits from regulatory bodies and customers.

6. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records related to quality control activities, including inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, outlining quality performance and improvement initiatives.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the manufacturing process.
- Participate in project meetings to provide quality input and support new product development initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.) and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office Suite.
