Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical professional to fill the role of Analytics Manager in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our analytics team to harness data-driven insights that drive operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and support strategic initiatives within the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of our projects through comprehensive data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and implement analytical frameworks to assess project performance, resource allocation, and cost management. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for senior management that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends in construction projects.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and business intelligence professionals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage innovative analytical solutions.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, finance, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Data Management: Oversee the collection, cleaning, and validation of data from various sources. Ensure data integrity and accuracy for all analytical outputs.

- Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to forecast project outcomes, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization through data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency.

- Market Trends Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and inform strategic planning. Stay updated on the latest developments in analytics tools and technologies.

- Tool Development: Evaluate and implement advanced analytics tools and software that enhance data visualization, reporting, and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

- 5 to 7 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.

- Proven experience in managing and leading analytics teams.

- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI).

- Excellent understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

- Familiarity with construction management software and ERP systems is an advantage.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
