Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analytics Manager to join our team in Sharjah, specializing in the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making processes across various business functions. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing analytical models, and providing actionable insights to enhance our operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Lead the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets from various sources, including clinical trials, sales data, market analysis, and customer feedback.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and strategic relevance.

- Analytics Strategy Development:
- Design and implement analytics strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain, to understand their analytical needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.

- Model Development:
- Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive analytics models to support decision-making processes.
- Utilize advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to analyze trends and patterns in data.

- Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor ongoing performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in data analysis techniques and best practices.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting analytics literacy and encouraging collaboration.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of statistical methodologies and machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
